Our building is one of the newer boutique luxury complex around the area and our guests are free to use the facilities in our apartment complex - swimming pool, rooftop terrace BBQ, carpark, visitor carpark etc —————————————————————— <Carpark & Facilities> - All bookings come with 1 complimentary resident carpark space. if you would like more parking space, it can be arranged free of charge for stays shorter than 7 days! - Free locked up Bike Parking <Bedrooms & bathrooms> Linens + towels + essentials provided. We can provide extra upon prior request for free! - Master bedroom: a queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower - Second bedroom: a queen bed - Second guest bathroom with a shower We can prepare port-a-cot and/or high chair for families free of charge, please contact us for to arrange the service prior to your arrival! <Lounge + Dining> - Comfy sofa and a 72 inch smart TV with most streaming services available. 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order. 🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
