Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ā¤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ā¤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkoutāas long as everythingās left in good shape (which it usually is!).
